What is it, Exactly?
Our goal is to put you in front of a new audience while also keeping your current clients engaged with your business. Our aim isn’t just to land you new clients, but reoccurring ones, too! After a strategy call to learn about your business we will create a custom social media and content marketing strategy that will drive new visits to your website.
We’ll also include an e-mail campaign, to make sure current clients stay informed of your services and discounts and get a whole bunch of value, right to their inbox.
20 social media posts (including captions and images) on 3 platforms of your choice, with researched, industry-specific hashtags to get your business in front of new clients
Management and engagement of your social media platforms to grow your accounts
Once we agree that we’re a good fit to work together, we’ll send you the full contract for you to look over and sign. Then we’ll get to work learning all about your company and producing the first month of content for you (you get final say on everything before it goes live!). It usually takes a couple weeks to get everything set-up and running.
Is there a Minimum Contract?
We have a minimum 6 month contract. After that, it moves to a month-to-month policy; we just need 30 days notice to terminate. There are no refunds on work already completed.
I still want to be involved in my social media accounts – do I have to totally relinquish them?
Not at all! We handle the account management and engagement so you don’t have to worry about it, but if you wish to stay active and engage with your followers that’s totally fine too! We’ll come up with a system that works for everyone and continues to get you results.
What If I have extra tasks occasionally that need to be completed but don’t fit into the original contract?
That’s no problem – We’re happy to help with your overall marketing strategy. Anything extra that falls outside of the scope of the original contract will simply be billed at a rate of $100/hr.
If you have a reoccurring monthly task you’d like us to handle for you, we can adjust the contract to incorporate it. We’re flexible!
